Terms and Conditions
By booking with Integral Drums you are agreeing to the following terms:
Payment for Lessons
Lessons must be paid for when they are booked and lesson slots are not confirmed until
payment is receivedOnly cash and card payments are accepted as methods of payment.
Lessons are paid for in advance at the time of booking that lesson. Under no circumstances can
the student pay after the lesson has taken place.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Changes to agreed lesson times are permitted under the following conditions:
More than 48 hours notice = No cost, your lesson will be rearranged for another time
Less than 48 hours notice = Full cost of lesson due, you will not receive a replacement lesson
Missing or forgetting a lesson will incur the full cost of the lesson
If any monies are owed as a result of the above policies the student will not be able to book a lesson
until these fees are paid in full. Any students that have paid for multiple hours will have the lesson deducted from their total hours remaining.
Lessons must end at the agreed end time.
If you are late, for whatever reason, the lesson cannot usually run beyond the agreed lesson end time.
Genuine unavoidable lateness (for example, due to public transport delays / strikes / service
cancellations) will always be considered and we will do our best to compensate for ‘lost time’,
although we offer no guarantee that this will be possible. You must notify the teacher by text message
or phone call if you are running late for your lesson. Contact details can be found on the Home Page.
Block Bookings
If you have booked multiple hours (a block booking), you are bounded by the following terms:
These lessons are for the recipient only and cannot be transferred to someone else.
Block bookings are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All block bookings are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
It is the obligation of the student to arrange bookings with Integral Drums.
Priority Booking
Priority booking is given to reliable students who have the same lesson slot every week. Students
who have been offered and have agreed to priority booking will have that slot kept for them going
forward until the student says otherwise. If a student cannot do a weekly lesson or regularly starts to
miss or cancel lessons, they will lose their booking priority and the slot may be given to another
student.
